President-General Manager AMETVS It is with great pride that the Special Vehicle and Transportation Equipment Association (AMETVS) is presenting the second edition of the trade show specifically dedicated to the industrial vehicles and specialized equipment industry. The International Industrial Vehicle and Body Trade Show (Salon International des Véhicules Industriels et de la Carrosserie - SIVIC), which will be held from August 29th to September 1st 2006, at Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu is the concrete means implemented by the people involved in the industry to ensure visibility and to generate growth and employment. In 2004, the first edition of the SIVIC brought together major manufacturing leaders, managers of the most important fleets from the Eastern part of the United States and Canada, distributors of parts and equipment, as well numerous representatives from French, German, Italian and American delegations. The 2006 edition has now become the most spectacular event of the sector. Focused on networking and linkage, SIVIC is a unique opportunity for all those involved in the sector to meet and exchange on their short, middle and long term needs. In addition, the presence of foreign delegations will foster technological partnerships that will help to better serve the North-American market and export our know-how and experience in terms of vehicle fleets. I hope to see you from August 29 to September 1, 2006 at the Fort Saint-Jean Campus. ![]()
